☕ Cacao Ceremony
A cacao ceremony is a spiritual and communal practice centered around the use of cacao, Traditionally, cacao has been used in various cultures for its medicinal and ceremonial properties.Â
Our cacao ceremony includes healing chants, intention-setting through journaling, conscious movement to awaken the five elements: water, earth, fire, air, and space. A closing sound bath to seal the experience.
🎶 Ecstatic Dance
Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement journey where we reconnect with the body, breath, and inner rhythm. Guided by music and held in a safe, non-judgmental space, movement becomes a form of release, presence, and self-expression. Dancing in silence allows us to listen inward, cultivating grounding, emotional flow, and a deeper connection to ourselves and the collective.

Tea Ceremony
During our Tea Ceremony, we chant sacred mantras, practice mudras to connect with our inner selves, and deepen awareness of our feelings as music guides us into a meditative state. Restorative yoga & Sound Bath
