Yoga week retreat program includes: Opening / Closing Ceremony. Mysore practice. Led Primary Series class with Vinyasa counting (Monday / Saturday). 1 Intake session. 2 Morning Meditation classes (30 mins each). 1 Chanting meditation session with live music. Kriyas and Bandhas exercises. 2 Pranayama class. Mats and props (we recommend bringing your own mat). 1 goodie bag 1 Print out with relevant information for your practice. Pick up and drop off from airport. Accommodation including welcome drink and complimentary breakfast (fruit salad & granola, tea, coffee & coconut). Surf lessons any afternoon during the week (as an add-on). Snorkeling trips any afternoon during the week (as an add-on).
