Yoga week retreat program includes:

  • Opening / Closing Ceremony.
  • Mysore practice.
  • Led Primary Series class with Vinyasa counting (Monday / Saturday).
  • 1 Intake session.
  • 2 Morning Meditation classes (30 mins each).
  • 1 Chanting meditation session with live music.
  • Kriyas and Bandhas exercises.
  • 2 Pranayama class.
  • Mats and props (we recommend bringing your own mat).
  • 1 goodie bag
  • 1 Print out with relevant information for your practice.
  • Pick up and drop off from airport.
  • Accommodation including welcome drink and complimentary breakfast (fruit salad & granola, tea, coffee & coconut).
  • Surf lessons any afternoon during the week (as an add-on).
  • Snorkeling trips any afternoon during the week (as an add-on).
