Yoga week retreat program includes:

- Led Primary Series class with Vinyasa counting (Saturday).
- 1 Intake session.
- 2 Morning Meditation classes (30 mins each).
- 1 Yin yoga class with Magnified Healing session.
- Kriyas and Bandhas exercises.
- 2 Pranayama class.
- 1 Yin yoga class with, drum session.
- 1 Ashtanga Principles & Foundation class
- Unlimited yoga
- Pick up and drop off from airport.
- Mats and props (we recommend bringing your own mat).

- 1 Print out with relevant information for your practice.
